It’s pretty hard to stop plagiarism but there are a few things to make it a little harder, in static html pages anyway. Note it will only work for IE specific browsers.

this Meta will disable that stupid little IE6.x image toolbar (disk) when hovering over an image: to stop it for all for all images on a page add it to the head section. (FYI: In IE.7x the image toolbar is now obsolete)

For an individual image add the galleryimg attribute to the image tag to disable the image toolbar: galleryimg=”no”

You’ll also need to disable the right click menu with oncontextmenu=”return false”

for the whole page add it to the body tag

I’ve only tested this with IE6 so I’m not sure what will work in IE7 or with php generated sites for that matter.
