so upsetMarch 18, 2008 at 3:39 pm #763557ClubContMemberDid you contact pokertime as well? This might be an issue where your click2pay data was stolen and used to deposit into pokertime where the person in control of that poker account would fraudulently lose it to another player and then cashout. I believe most major poker software providers halt suspicious activity like this but it would help to contact pokertime as well. They should have the IP from the computer it was used to do this and if it is indeed linked to another poker account then there are 2 ips on the system that can be matched. Ultimately that account is linked to a real person who must go through the process to withdraw the money. And if that is the case you want pokertime to tip off all their payment processors on both users to prevent them from completing their transaction. At least this is what it sounds like to me.
In the meantime I would change your passwords for both click2pay and pokertime.

March 18, 2008 at 5:07 pm #763569AnonymousInactiveClick2Pay and Neteller. Why would anyone use them now?
March 18, 2008 at 5:56 pm #763574vladcizsolMemberGood question John
Doyo since Click2Pay is not a certified partner at CAP we dont have active contact with their management. A few questions though….
1. Did anyone other then you have access to your Click2Pay account?
2. Did you have a player account at Poker Time?
3. If so had you used Click2Pay to make deposits to that account?
4. Did Click2Pay indicate that the deposits were made to YOUR Poker Time account? If so does you player records at Poker Time show this deposit?
5. Was YOUR account closed at Poker Time?March 19, 2008 at 5:53 am #763609AnonymousInactivePokertime is Fortune Lounge right? They are a certified partner so um.. can’t they help?
March 19, 2008 at 9:33 am #763614marandaMemberumm… i think pokertime will be surely lock those account and the fraud guy should not have enough time to cash out. I hope they will solve your problem soon and get back the money to your account.
Do you think your computer may have some torjan virus? You better check it out.

It’s a casino/poker room fraud problem. I will move this thread down to their area and lets see what they can find out.
March 20, 2008 at 7:25 am #763724WebzcasMemberHi;
I have requested some information from PokerTime and expect them to get back to both myself as well as doyoweb.
Professor is correct in the fact that it is a poker room issue, I will however try to ensure that this is resolved from my end as well.
Doyoweb, please keep a look out in your PM inbox for messages.
Speak soon guys, if not see you at CAC.

I understand the casinos/poker rooms and affiliate programs like to be considered as separate entities. But I look at it kind of like a store selling products and you happen to get one that’s defective. If it’s a decent store, you should be able to return that defective Sony TV at the same store you got it from and get a new tv, your money back or get yours fixed. The store you got the TV from isn’t going to tell you it’s not their problem, you need to contact Sony. Not at first anyway.
Affiliate programs sell the casino as a product and I think have some responsibility in being reputable to make a little effort outside their job description when an occasional player issue passes their desk.
Thanks MarvynH. It’s good to know you’re there and willing to do what you can. I think Click2pay can be a little difficult for some people to communicate with at times so your help from the Poker Room side of things, is very nice.
