    On 13 February 2008 I sent an e-mail to [email protected] [email protected]

    I reason I decided to e-mail was because I first telephoned, only to be advised by the rep that they couldn’t assist with a relatively simple problem and that I should instead e-mail. So I did.

    I received no reply.

    I sent a chaser e-mail on 15 February 2008.

    I received no reply.

    I sent a further chaser e-mail on 22 February 2008.

    Guess what? No-one replied.

    Hi there FictionNet,

    I am really sorry to hear that you haven’t been responded to… I’ve personally checked our email queue and all emails have been responded to.

    All I can think of it that your mail may have been blocked – please can you pm me the email address you mailed from and also a copy of your query – I will then trace the mail and also see to your query simultaneously.

    Fiction you are always welcome to PM Shane here at CAP. I have always found Referback to be EXTREMELY responsive. The problem all of us have is the shear volume of incoming email, spam filters, server problems etc… so I always just PM my mangers here at CAP and they respond within hours (not weekends)
