att aff managers: pre-paid cards. still taking? what about withdrawals?

Hi all (aff managers),

pre-paid cards. are you still taking them or has that angle been lost to us?

if still taking them: what about withdrawals? are they sent by check?

what about security measures concerning pre-paid cards. When the player is asked to fax in information as proof of ID are they asked to fax in copies of the pre-paid card?

if so: what happens to player accounts if they threw away the card after using it to deposit and not being aware they had to keep it around? They sure can’t fax in a copy of the card if its been thrown away.
