Posted on another forum that Villento has allowed a player from a supposedly banned USA state. Anyone see this anywhere else?? Think their is any truth behind it??

Yeah no doubt!! Not only that you should have a few xxx in the front of that url to block direct access
Obviously there are a few casinos which do accept players from all states, but it’s HIGHLY unlikely that a Microgaming operator would or could without serious reprecussions from the system provider.
There are ways to do this – I can think of one Micro operator that I am sure takes every state – I asked them how they did this and they said they don’t use Micro’s backend just their software. Not sure they would want attention drawn to the fact that they take all states so I will let them post if they want to but they are CAP certified.
Just in case – :wink-wink – I may be wrong but I am pretty dam sure I am right
everybody knows about them. The question is whether others are moving in the same direction because that would signal a changing assessment of the legal environment in the US.

I saw that on GPWA yesterday in response to an affiliate question. I really wish we would be notified of this kind of stuff instead of hearing it after the fact.
