Hi,
it`s good to see Bet365 certified so a warm welcome from my side. I have a question and I hope Kate can shed some light:
Bet365 are one of the few that still have negative carryovers so I`d like to know when/if you`re planning to switch to NO negative carryovers?
cheers
February 22, 2008 at 12:24 am #761518AnonymousInactiveI am under a few thousand at bet365 sports.
If no negative carryover, I will be :santa2:

February 22, 2008 at 2:24 pm #761555AnonymousGuestHi all,
At the moment, bet365 affiliates does have a policy of negative carryover. This was something that was in place before Geof and I joined and it is definitely something we are discussing with the other members of the marketing team at present.
In the meantime, I completely appreciate that negative carryover is far from ideal in a casino affiliate program, but there are many other positives at bet365, including great products and promotions, re-designed websites that have improved customer acquistion and conversion, plus a one-wallet system across all products which supports our successful cross-selling marketing, for which affiliates are credited across the board for the lifetime of the player. We’ve also just added new marketing materials to the affiliate system for poker, with new casino ones coming next week.
If you do find yourself in the red after a bad month, we are always happy to discuss options with you, so please just drop Geof or I a line here at CAP, or email us here to see what we can do to help.
Hopefully I will have some more news on this situation soon, so please bear with us!
Cheers,

thanks for your response. I do believe you`ll make the move in the right direction and hopefully you`ll find a satisfying solution for both parties rather sooner than later. Keep us informed. :wink-wink

Hi
I am afraid we cannot consider cancelling your negative revenue at the moment. However, the solution is to refer more customers as a bigger number will help move you into profit.
I also note that you have already made some money from the scheme, whereas we have lost a great deal from referrals up to now.
thanks
MatthewI had a negative Affiliate Earnings balance of over $40,000 at this time.
There is still a negative balance of several thousand dollars.
However, it will reach a positive balance soon.
They pay affiliate earnings of casino, poker and sports book in total.
The person who advertises bet365 needs a lot of users. If you capture one whale with sportsbet
You might permanently lose all Affiliate Earnings.February 28, 2008 at 12:58 am #762033AnonymousInactivemaybe they should just separate sportsbook earning from casino….that would be the best option. i don’t know any sportsbooks that dont carry over negatives, while most casinos cancel out negatives… so would only make sense…
February 28, 2008 at 1:47 am #762040AnonymousInactiveTwo years ago it was unified.

I suggested it to them.
However, they refused it.I am afraid that we have to take all products into account when calculating commission. Therefore, we cannot separate the negative balance of the sportsbook.
Best regards
Matthew
If there is not negative balance
As for me, I got great profited.:inlove:but it is abnormal.
February 29, 2008 at 9:49 am #762178AnonymousGuestHi all,
Thanks for your comments.
We appreciate the differences between casino and sportsbook when it comes to calculating commissions and negative carryover. The possibility of separating casino balances is one we are considering, and I would like to thank you all for your input here as it all plays its part in our discussions regarding this!
As I mentioned, I hope we will have some news on this in the near future!
Cheers,
