got a few private messages on our board the last days
where members asking for help due they cannot deposit anymore
Seems there are problems with Quicktender
and CCs which always worked dont go through anymore to deposit.
    Seems times getting really hard.

I also find that our earnings for Feb are sure 35% below average
    Anyone else noticing this too?

What will really be now with the US players?
Will there ever be a comeback for US?

My numbers are down by a similar amount. This could be the reason why.

My Quick Tender account was closed with NO explaination about ten days ago so I’m now leary of keeping very much money in any account other than my bank. There was no reason to close my account other than the fact that I logged in while in London and I’ve never used the account for any merchant transactions.

Do you tell your players to use Netspend? QT was down for an upgrade a few days ago I know that much. They can still send money via a bank account and money gram to QT, I have not heard of issues with cc deposits to it.

Did they not open your QT back up after you sent the info they wanted and explained?

    Hi Christine,

Nope they never replied to my last email explaining to them what may be the problem and I’m still waiting for my withdrawl that I made over 12 days ago as well as my QT balance to hit my bank.

It’s okay now because I’ve changed payment methods for those that I used QT to get paid with and I’m done with it. Thanks for your suggestion though. It was greatly appreciated.

EcoCard did the same to me. Never used it for anything except to receive payments and never used it from any other computer or location. When I tried to log in it said to contact security. After several emails asking for clarification I never received any reply. Luckily I had no money in there. Maybe it was because I had a QT account.

There is quite a drop off in player activity this month and I have heard privately that banking issues are the major cause of this.

Obviously the groups that have been effected are working on alternative methods as we speak, so just hang in there. The month isnt over yet.

Exactly the same and also heard from a couple of operators that there are difficulties that should affect a lot of poeple.

My February earnings in 2007 was WAY lower then any other month last year. How about all of yours? My February this year is not looking too bad so far compared to other months by this time of the month. But I did expect earnings to drop this month, since it dropped so drastically last year in Feb. And I think there’s a lot of factors for that, that go beyond processing.

As a player, I’m still able to use my Netspend card everywhere I play. I’ve had no issues anywhere with it. I don’t play at Rushmore, maybe it wouldn’t work there since Gabriel posted they were having issues. I don’t know. But it has continued to work just fine where I’ve tried.

QT once had me send in documents. I wasn’t able to use my account until I sent them. I think that’s a good move on their part, to require such documents. I haven’t found any problems with QT yet either. I don’t think they take Mastercards for deposit, but Mastercard has always been a lot more iffy for gaming purchases. I’ve always received fast replies from QT. But like with anyplace, everyone has their moments when things slip through the cracks for one reason or the other. Maybe try emailing [email protected] and see if that gets a response.

Feb started off rockin up until the last 3 days and stats remote has stopped giving me good reason to be happy this month the last few days :( So I did a test at Lake Palace where my credit cards and debit card always work. 3 x’s with the mastercard debit I got a error while processing, then I changed to the visit cc and was approved instant. Netspend has no issues and QT either as far as I am finding out from others.

I’m sorry to hear that other people are experiencing the same issues I have with sign-ups and revenue being way down this month.

At some properties (not mentioning names), I use to count on a 4%+ unique clicks to real player ratio, now I’m struggling to get 1 real player for 400 unique visitors sent… YIKES!

Hope any payment processing issues can be resolved.

If anyone knows any casinos, small unknowns are ok, that are processing usa players without issues then spread the word.
