February 1, 2008 at 11:56 pm #759939AnonymousInactiveDo you really think your going to get an answer ?
Look at the thread below this one ive been waiting over a year .
February 3, 2008 at 10:29 am #759981GambleHarderMemberI understand you already discussed this with your affiliate manager who thought the issue was closed.
So we’re all on the same page here, you are referring to players that were on TonyG prior to the brand moving over to the ipoker network and becoming a Euro Partners client, correct?
Thanks,
EPDirector

This was discussed with my AM before…but…the response was…we will see…nothing has been decided on this issue as of yet. (ie…no one knows what to do about this issue). It has been discussed on a few occasions, but the answer has always been “when I find out anything…I will let you know”.
It is now 6 months+ and the players have never been added. I am assuming we just lose them – even thought when the merge happened…my old AM…said don’t worry – the issue will be dealt with.
February 4, 2008 at 10:15 am #760030AnonymousInactiveI just want to apologize if this thread has caused any problems to anyone inocently associated with Euro Partners…and just want to clear up the issue a little better.
It is not the fault of any of the AMs I have dealt with that this issue has not been handled…but it would be nice if Euro Partners could deal with it to build a positive reputation with affiliates.
Issues like this are often unavoidable when a room closes and changes networks…and it is not the responsibility of the new affiliate program to “have to honour player signups”…but it would be an act of good faith.
To be exact, the move happened as of May 2007 and the last revenue affiliates received from Tony G signups was March of 2007. So it has been 10 months since the issue and it is probably old news…but I think it is important to give the heads up to NEW AFFILIATES and AFFILIATES DEALING WITH SMALLER POKER ROOMS…that stuff like this can happen…and is happening with Vegas247 as well right now.
So, no hard feelings….but it would be nice to see these signups tracked to us.
February 4, 2008 at 5:49 pm #760067AnonymousInactiveAdditional info….
This issue is being addressed by my AM…he went to his director to inquire about the situation, but there is still no further info…
As soon as the Tony G player data can be located, the situation might be resolved…
Let’s CROSS our fingers!!! It would be a nice token of good faith!
Thanks to Chris at EP! :wavey:
February 7, 2008 at 3:45 pm #760288AnonymousInactiveAnyways, the Tony G stats are gone…but…
EP and my AM Chris managed to deal with the situation by arranging some compensation for the problem. EP did not have to do this and it is nice to see and Aff Program step up to the plate for another site’s downfall!
Good on ya EP and thanks to Chris (AM) for getting the issue resolved.
Case closed.
