Its a quite wide spectra. It depends on what you identify as your primarily target traffic. The first thing to do is to get the website as good as you can. Sit down and think about who you want to visit and then what you think these people would like to read on your site.
The best way to get traffic is through the search portals. Don’t aim to high directly, like to place top 3 for poker or casino. Instead, focus on more specific search terms and try to work your way up. Get links through directories and through exchange, read up on how to build your code and where to put the search phrase in the page.
And, don’t loose hope to fast. I have seen a lot of people open their site and give up after 1-2 months because noone is visiting. It takes time…
First off you have some pop up that triggered my blocker (thats usually as far as I would ever go into a website) Second I had my office installer pop up looking to update office entering your page (old office on this pc)
So I myself wouldnt stay even if you promoted it somewhere..
I don’t knowabout any pop up. I have changes somthing now, can you check again if the pop up still there?

I see lots of spelling and grammar mistakes.
You need to update your news more often on the homepage if you’re going to use the blog format.
I would move the left side navigation links up to the top and get rid of the link you have there now.
Get rid of the 4 aces image.
Put a few 125 X 125 banners below the navigation links – for your feature brands.
Add more detail to your reviews, etc.I’m sure there are more suggestions….
As for gaining serps/PR – Read the forums here and elsewhere, PAP, GPWA for loads of tips and tricks.
