No payments from GW and Prism. Same old story again.

    Its all repeats again. Since Natalie left GW, my payments becomes more rare and delays more frequent.

    But at this time, situation are not just the ordinary delay. My commissions for the last 3 month since September are still not available for me. Further more, about a month ago, Nicolas told me, that he received a confirmation of $2100 in revenue from Prism, and promised me that this money should be sent in the near week or two. But all dates are gone, and I received nothing from GW and Prism.

    I had contacted Nicolas several times, and always he promised me, that my payments will be sent in the near days. But still not received nothing, and about 2 last weeks Nicolas did not answers to me.

    There are so many complaints about main part of GW business – payments, so I just wonder, what are they still doing here. No money, no business. Am I right?

    They are here so you have some recourse by contacting them through here.

    Why are you still promoting them if they are nothing but trouble?

    If they are not paying you, they likely don’t pay your players either, see above complaint by a player.

    That makes for a bad reputation for your site and hurts you more than not getting paid yourself.

    -There is zero sympathy with the affiliate from my side.
    Anyone promoting these places to its players does not earn any better but to get burned themselves, as it happened to hundreds of their players before.

    I am very strict on this opinion as it seems to be the only method for certain webmasters to eventually understand what they are doing.

    2 Dominique Im not promoting them at my site for a long time.
    But the traffic goes from the links, which I cant remove. From forums, others blogs, from old pages of my sites. Actually, I did not realise, that this traffic can converts, but it did. So, I got money there, and I want it.

    As about reputation. You and Tribun are 100% right.

    Nicolas do not answers me. I has sent him a lot of messages via MSN, via GW account, via this forum.

    Okay Alex, old traffic is a different story and it is good to hear that you do not promote them anymore!
    I can confirm that PMs to Nicloas are getting ignored, as he did not reply upon two messages I sent either.

    So, my post did his job.
    At the end of last week I received my commissions for September + October, and even November to my Clic2Pay account. This is good.
    Now Im waiting for Prism payments. Hope to receive em soon.
    But anyway, this is very pleasantly for me.
    But the traffic still coming. This month I see in my stats clicks, downloads and deposits. Will see.

    Nicolas got back to me yesterday and explained that he is still investigating on my case. I do not mind being patient as long as something is happening and will update the forum members when I know more.

    Hi, Tribun. Actually, Nicolas answers to my messages in the GW internal ticket system in my aff account. This was last week. I do not contact him later, but today I have received a monthly newsletter from him. Very interesting newsletter. Let me show you one sentence from it:
    “Plus, I, Nicolas Johnson, will personally take care of any player issues you may have.”
    I dont know, how this will works, but if this is the way to the GW casinos responsibility this is a good news.

    Yes, that does sound good… But there is still a big difference between “taking care of player issues” and “resolving them fairly”. We will see how things are going to develop here.
