Neteller account frozen pending the documents ?
I have sent the verify documents to them via email for many many days in order to upgrade/verify my account
But there is no response or feedback from Neteller.
My account is still frozen. What is your experience ?
===========
Your account has been frozen because you have exceeded your lifetime funding limit.
Get the most out of NETELLER by upgrading for free to a NETELLER Extended account.
To upgrade your account, you must complete the following step:
1. Provide documents to verify your identity
Provide DocumentsAs part of this process, a NETELLER agent will contact you by phone to verify your information.
November 21, 2007 at 2:45 pm #754629giftorgbestMemberyou need to re-send the documents to neteller. I believe they will pass your upgrade within 1-2 business days. anything unclear, please call neteller toll free number.
June 22, 2008 at 5:22 am #770770AnonymousInactiveI have this problem too – weeks ago I provided my documents for the second time and i have not heard anything back from them.
June 22, 2008 at 8:41 am #770774AnonymousInactivehad the same problem on more than one occasion. neteller customer support is an oxymoron. expect the process to take up to 2 weeks.

Had that experience as well. Recently a friend of mine signed up at neteller and took about 2 weeks to get verified.
You could also try their live-chat on their website. That helped him eventually to expediate it.
June 22, 2008 at 11:05 am #770778AnonymousInactiveAre you guys not Vip already
due if i have any problems I send an e-mail to [email protected] and get response within few hoursJune 22, 2008 at 1:08 pm #770781AnonymousInactivei have geared away from neteller as it is ridiculously expensive comparing to ecocard or moneybookers. furthermore it has retarded laws on account ownership where it excludes eastern european countries from creating accounts while countries like dijibouty (africa) are allowed.
i use neteller only for smaller transactions. anything over $1k is definitely not neteller worthy.
i’ve recently opened a new neteller account and it took me 2 weeks to get verified by them. during that time i spoke to live chat support 3 times and it didn’t expedite the process. furthermore, the reason i opened a neteller account was to be able to withdraw directly to my bank account (new neteller account is registered in australia). little did i know, that neteller’s unique policies don’t allow bank withdrawals for neteller accounts registered in australia. such a waste of time…i hold extreme animosity against neteller since then :flush:
June 25, 2008 at 6:25 pm #771115AnonymousInactiveI am a so called vip member – but apparently that does not help much in speeding things up.
June 28, 2008 at 9:56 am #771393AnonymousInactiveThis is what I got from Neteller a few weeks ago. After many emails and copies of every statement I have ever had in my life sent to them – I finally convinced them that I was not running a “payment solution”
Your account has come up for review.
For your security and that of NETELLER, we need to better understand the transactions in your account. There is indication that your account may be being used as a payment solution or other business. If you could please explain in detail the purpose of your account, please include any business/s that you may be affiliated with. Also we would like to know what relationship you have with the other NETELLER members you transact with and the purpose of those transactions.
In addition we ask you provide a piece of government issued identification and a recently issued utility bill, matched to the information on your NETELLER account. These documents will need to be color scans of the original items, we ask the images are not cropped.
Please provide the requested information within the next ten business days so we can ensure your account will have uninterrupted service..

July 1, 2008 at 1:41 am #771578AnonymousInactiveI had my account verified a cup of years ago, only after a phone call.
In my experience only Ezipay and Affiliatespeedpay are fast and reliables with email support.July 5, 2008 at 7:59 am #772031TimboMemberI’ve had my account locked at Neteller 3-4 times now. Am apparently a “VIP” but I think everyone is right?
They asked me to send some docs – I thought “crap”, and called their Canada number around their evening. Account was reopened in 2 mins.
Havent really had a problem with them.
July 25, 2008 at 10:49 pm #773719AnonymousInactiveSeems like they are really interested in being legit after their run-in with the US. I was very happy to get my US payout (paid my taxes of course).
Since then, casino rewards have been nil.
February 22, 2009 at 6:03 am #795754PerThornMemberWas quite a troublesome process for me.
I had email them scanned ID, and one utility bill
After about 3 business days, they replied via email that they had to make a phone call.
Arranged the phone call through online livesupport.
Someone with a very strong indian accent called to verify. Call Centre in India perhaps?
February 22, 2009 at 4:32 pm #795779Gamblers112MemberI had the same problem. Neteller customer support take the process 6 !!! weeks.
Now my account was verified, but I’ll do not use Neteller any more!!!February 25, 2009 at 3:36 pm #796063AnonymousInactiveIt’s still the main payment method for me.
