Hey guys
This wouldn’t usually strike me as strange, but I just wanted to ask if anyone else has received this email..
I got the same email twice, word for word, from 2 different names about 2 weeks apart. I think it’s just spam because when I replied to the first email I didn’t get a response.
It goes like this:
Hi there,
My name is XXX XXX and I’m interested in signing up to
your affiliate program. My plan is to recruit sub affiliates
under me and earn a commission on what they sell.
However before I do so can you just reassure me of one thing.
You see I want it so that it doesn’t matter if the sub affiliate
signs up the first time they click on my link and visit the site,
or months down the line, Iwant it so that I will still get credited
for any sales they make providing they sign up before clearing their
“cookie cache”. Is this the case with your program?
For example let’s say I email a sub affiliate on a Monday. They click
on the link and visit the site but don’t sign up that day. They visit
again on Friday and sign up then, without clearing their cookie cache.
Will I still get commissions for what they sell even though they didn’t
sign up the first time they clicked on my link and visited your site?
Please be clear in your reply as I have no doubt I can increase your sales
but want to be 100% sure that this is the correct program set up for me.
Also please confirm that you provide marketing materials for all affiliates.
Thanks very much !
