    Still no updated stats, I wonder why this happens month after month.

    This should have been fixed a long time ago.

    Are there problems again ?

    My traffic stats did still not update ok

    And now it have stop update earnings for the last week :flush:

    Our dev team was notified last week of the problem after your
    comments were made regarding the stats not updating. They identified
    that the synchros were not running and we reactivated the stats replication on Sunday.

    Everyone’s stats should have updated correctly, please could you
    login and confirm that your details have changed.

    I have requested our dev team to keep an eye on this, to ensure that
    it doesn’t happen again. I would like to apologise for any frustration
    that may have caused, I would however like to assure that all of your
    stats are being recorded even though the details are not reflecting on
    the website, we still have a few teething problems reverting our system
    back to the previous version since we discovered that the change that
    MG initiated damaged our stats.

    We do ask that you bear with us while we iron out of the glitches
    during this time, your patience thus far has been invaluable.

    I can’t get stats at all :(. I get empty page, no months in dropdown box, so no stats.

    Hi Yura,

    I believe that it may be a browser related issue.

    I have tested the program with several accounts and it did work
    please try using a different browser and let me know how it goes.

    I checked the stats and they are updated now.

    I hope the prior stats problems MG have given you are soon resolved ( I do not see a change in last month though). Btw I wonder how can you fix that if there simply was a glitch in the tracker software caused by MG ?

    Hi Rick,

    Thank you for letting me know.

    MG has software that we can run to repair our database.

    We are waiting for them to send it to us then we address
    the stats of last month. Please let me know the moment
    something doesn’t look right.

    Same problem! Last month stats updated only yesterday! I think december stats are not updating properly! :sarcasm::santa2:

    Please look into this matter, No earnings updates for more than a week!!

    Where is the players history for the other months, only 3 months available? where are my “old” players, gone ?

    Besides that there has been no answer to the former microgaming problem causing no player tracking in the VP database.

    Do not keep us in the dark woods.

    Hi Guys,

    I don’t mean to you in the dark about this issue, I am addressing certain
    concerns with our development team regarding this problem.

    We are currently faced with the issue only affecting a handful of accounts
    on VegasPartner, there are however those affiliates whose accounts are reflectng the correct stats.

    We have been working around the clock to isolate issue, it’s only a matter of time before we have isolated the problem code and sorted it out for you.

    I would again like to stress that the only problem area is the failure of
    stats not replicating from our servers into the website. You stats are
    being recorded correctly on our servers and your commission is being calculated accurately it just not filtering through to the website.

    We hope to have this resolved before the week is out.

    We have been completeing the transfer of data for the past few days,
    this has led to a number of areas with regards to reporting being afftected.

    The new StarPartner site will be available today and all services will be
    restored to normal operational status by theend of today. We do apologise
    for any and all inconvieniences during this phase, we will attempt to keep
    all disruptions to services as brief as possible.
