Dear all,
Just thought I’d post that there was an article printed in the Sunday Times (UK newspaper) in the In Gear section (page 11) where a number of CAP member sites were name checked (including mine – unfortunately with a missing “-” in the URL (boohoo!) ..
Mainly the article is about poker but thought it may be of interest

Glad it was of interest to some – yes I’ll try getting them to print a correction for my URL (then I’ll have my own little free ad eh lol).
The source of some of the info I know was taken from the Gambling Habits survey that was commissioned by eCOGRA a while back.

– I can assure you I didn’t pay for it (and if you see the mix of sites mentioned it would make even less sense) – it’s just one of those ‘Lifestyle’ type sections in the big Sunday papers.. I guess their contributors google a lot too lol.

Geno/CCalot of these writers just google and copy and paste – my friend wrote a review of her own b&b in Wales and the Observer wrote an article on weekend breaks and pretty much copied her entire review from this forum she posted it in. They got a load of bookings that day so it definately works.
The Sunday Times has circ of 1,244,218 & a readership of 3,382,000, so all good.
Came across the article on Sunday and thought – “wish that was me”!
