InactiveWas anyone else’s October payment from Brightshare less than what they were expecting? I double checked my stats, and I was definitely paid less than what the stats show I earned. (This would be for my September earnings, which were paid in October, a few days ago).

MemberAfter years of stable 4 digit monthly earnings with Brightshare my revenues nose dived off a cliff in January and have never recovered. I barely earn $100 a month anymore so if they underpaid me I doubt I would notice.

InactiveThere weren’t any chargebacks this month (unlike last month, where I had multiple HUGE chargebacks).
Lloyd is having Gabe look into it.

InactiveWe were shorted too and she could not explain it and says that we will be paid in full on the next months payments which is bullshit!

InactiveLloyd forwarded my complaint to Gabriel, and this is what Gabriel said:
Hi Dave,
We have looked into the problem and have figured out the differences in amount. We will be sending out an explanation next week and make up all the payments.
Cheers,
I wish I had the explanation (and the money) now… :sarcasm:

InactiveHi Christine,
As Lloyd mentioned, we have recently upgraded our reporting. We will be sending out a detailed explanation to all the affected affiliates next week as to where these changes come from and why we couldn’t do this earlier. Of course, any affiliate to which we owe money will be paid in the next payment. And any affiliate to which we over paid will not be asked to return the payment.
thanks
Gabriel Simons
Ohh I see so the lucky ones that received our money can run smiling to the bank but those that were shorted can just choke on the fact that they are losing out on interest that could have been made or say feeding their kids etc. Don’t get me wrong because we were not shorted much and it is no means going to effect the way I live but I am sure there are some out there that really depend on this money that they earn, this is a job you know not some hobby that us affiliates do for fun! I am off my soapbox now but this is just wrong.
Kindest Regards,
Christine
I wanted to mention that she forgot to capitalize her thanks but though better of it:3eyes:
