Hi AnnaSofia,
I just logged in to my new betsson affiliate account to see which withdrawal options I have.
I have always received my payments from Affiliate Lounge automatically via. wire transfer. Now I can’t even order one manually?
How are your affiliates, who are located in Malta supposed to make a withdrawal, when Malta is removed from the list of countries.
Please don’t tell me that I have to send e-mails to the betsson support every month and explain that it isn’t a player account but an affiliate account etc.
October 16, 2007 at 10:44 am #751401AnonymousInactiveon the 9th she told me this:
“on friday i am leaving Malta and will beginn to work as a manager from the Stockholm office, and will take some days of to see my famely and friends, and while I am away, please email Magdalena, my close collegue in Malta, [email protected]“
btw.
i just selected “other eu countries” and than saw my country already selected,
but no money to be seen yet….October 16, 2007 at 11:24 am #751403AnonymousInactiveHi guys, since there have been a few problems with affiliate payments in the last few months, Affiliate Lounge decided to implement some new rules and procedures on payments in order to make it easier and faster for you guys to get your money.
As you should have been informed already, your commissions will be paid out to a Betsson account that we will create for you (dont worry about the country since all affiliate accounts will be clearly identified by our backend so that there should be no hassle with duplicate accts or fraud checks) and from this account you can then choose to withdraw using either neteller, moneybookers, click2pay, clickandbuy, bankwire or cheque with even more methods coming in the near future.
Also shortly (I hope so), they will reduce the waiting time of the payments and instead of having them done at the end of the month, they will be processed at the beginning of the month.
Not sure what other procedures will be put in place but as soon as I know about them, I’ll let you know. So, slowly we’re getting there and now things seem to be moving. In the meantime, if you have any questions please email me ([email protected]) or email the affiliate support staff at [email protected].

October 16, 2007 at 1:14 pm #751419AnonymousInactiveHi guys,
First of all, elgoog, sorry if you didnt receive the newsletter. We sent it out not so long ago so it should be in your inbox. I know that some affiliates receive them in their spam folder. Do you regularly receive our newsletters or hardly ever? Could you check in your spam folder to see if it’s there and if so, could you please add to your safe sender list?Casinolisten, I know this is not very professional, but it doesnt really matter what country you choose as long as your IBAN is correct. If you want to get paid into your Maltese bank account then write all your bank account information including the IBAN which should start with “MT” then we know exactly where to send. Until we have fixed these minor issues we will have to work it out like it is, but it should represent absolutely no problem at all for you as receiver. We also include user notes in your account, etc… to make sure it all gets processed correctly.
Regards,
