I couldn’t agree more with you.
It’s all Euro Partner brands so we’ve spoken to the guys there (who have always been very helpful) and they’re contacting the owner of the site direct. We’ve had this before and going direct to the casino/s seems to be the best way.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
FYI: We spotted him through our Opentracker.net ASP software which showed he was downloading the whole site to his local machine.
