We’re not desperate for the payment this month – we’ve got on top of our cashflow now and can actually do things like buy computers and pay salaries …

Thanks for the heads up. We had a short delay on payments this month due to all of my bosses being over in Barcelona, but all of the payments should have been sent by now.
I will get on it as soon as the accounts guys get in, and if they haven’t been sent yet, will make sure they’re sent today.

Prof – We just can’t reissue it until the money is no longer outstanding so we have to wait until it comes back cancelled… if I had the power to change it I would. Sorry mate. I know it’s no consolation, but I have been following it up every single day.

This morning after reading my emails after the weekend I have an email from our accounts guys who have told me that the processors can’t cancel your check because you have already cashed it.
Perhaps you could check your records again to make sure this is the case.
As for september – they have all been sent now. Check your account again as it has happened in the past that you thought you hadn’t received our payment, but you actually had.

Renee I checked Quicktender again and I did not receive any payments from Rewards Affiliates. I also do not recall receiving a check for August despite looking for it daily.
In the old days it was possible for payments to get missed, but now the number of commissions I receive are far less and therefore I watch for each one religiously.
Can you please PM me with a transaction number from Quicktender so I can chase this down with them.
Can you also please PM with details of the address the check was mailed too and a copy of canceled check.
I just ran reports for all transactions at QT for the month of October and there are NO payments from Rewards Affiliates. I have emailed you a copy of the report and an excel output of the report.
Renee and Yaniv PLEASE pay me my commissions due ASAP.
I have also reviewed all deposits at my bank and I do not show a check deposit for the amount of commissions I was due for August. I have asked the bank to send over copies of ALL physical checks deposited in my account in September just to be 200% sure, but I am positive I did NOT receive my check.
