Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has a working phone number for an affiliate by the name of Patrick Smyth? He owns the domain http://www.keno.com
Any help would be appreciated.Also on a side note, if an affiliate emails you regarding a payment or their stats, and you reply and they continue to email saying ‘reply to my email’ and you reply to each one – so you’ve now replied about 4 or 5 times, then they email saying that if you don’t reply they will remove you etc.
You try to call them and the phone number they have in their profile is disconnected… What would you do?I know I’m rambling, but I’m having trouble with the guy above – his email server obviously isn’t accepting my emails or Yaniv’s, and his phone number is disconnected. The affiliate hasn’t realised that we both have IM that he could contact us with (or a phone number) so I’m lost at how to contact the guy. I’m just stuck with threats that if we don’t reply he will remove us from his sites.
I find it really disheartening when this happens because it’s not our fault that the aff hasn’t added us to their safe list and have entered an incorrect phone number but we “suffer” the loss of the aff anyway.

I know this problem from the past, it can be a nightmare especially if you are going out of your way to get through to someone – and what’s worse is that from their POV, it looks like we are incompetant and aren’t co operating – when we really are.
It may sound a bit obvious but is there an address in the account? maybe you can look this up in his/her respective country directory or something similar? I know there lots of these ‘directory’ services on the web.

This one was over a year ago now.. I can’t remember if the guys number was listed but thats definitely something I do before calling it quits so I’m guessing it wasn’t.

Look even though it sounds like Dutch, and is almost spelled like Dutch (and don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely honored to share these similarities with you), it doesn’t quite have the same ring to it.
People hear: “Oh there goes Dutch”
And they think: “Hmm there’s a cute and interesting nickname, I wonder what the story behind that is, heehee.”People hear: “Oh, there goes Douche”
