    Hi there,

Over the past few months, there have been discussions about Playshare’s White Label products on a number of affiliate and player forums. From these discussions, a lot of questions have been raised, and some opinions have been voiced. Whilst PlayShare obviously believes that everyone has the right to their own opinion, the company feels that it is necessary to provide you with an official statement, outlining the current status of its White Label program.

Here is a letter from PlayShare’s CEO, Max Wright:

    Hi all,

We have heard and seen a lot of activity on the forums with regards to our White Label Program. This post is to clear up some perceptions and inform you of our program. We are open to suggestion and welcome any input.

The reason why we entered the white label market is to enter niche markets that we could have not entered before and certain countries that have strong barriers of entry. The plan is to partner with existing companies that have a strong brand, existing database or a unique idea to expand the group.

In consultation with MicroGaming we have aligned our WL strategy and put in place strict guidelines.

I list below some of the guidelines and key points that we realize any WL campaign or program needs to adhere to in order to be successful:

    • Upfront and public announcements about the scheme and accept responsibility for the careful selection, vetting and probity checking on the applicants.
    • Each white label applicant will go through a screening process, such as personal background check.
    • PlayShare takes full responsibility for the Player including financial responsibility so that he or she is not compromised. Should the White Label go under and close their operation, the players will continue to play on at the casino and Playshare will honor any associated bets.
    • Develop strict monitoring and system controls, together with clear guidelines on what is acceptable in terms of player respect, player protection, player privacy, spam and general marketing.
    • If these guidelines are infringed, then there is provision to terminate the white label’s casino or other necessary steps that need to be taken.
    • Originating brand identified on white labels.
    • Full disclosure of all white label casinos in the group on each white label site.
    • Players and affiliates need to be assured that they will be safe and respected.
    • Making available information such a payment processing and ensuring this is far more accessible and more obvious to the player.

All Playshare Partners White Label casinos are full managed by Playshare, a full updated list can be found here.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any comments or queries regarding our White Label program.

    Best Regards

    Max Wright
    CEO
    PlayShare

I hope you’ll all agree that this helps explain much about the reasons behind Playshare’s entry into the White Label market, as well as the direction the company is taking in this regard.

As Max says in the above letter, Playshare is committed to integrity and, as such, encourages you to contact us with any questions, suggestions or comments you may have. You know how to get hold of me :)

    Regards,
    Lawrence.
