August 8, 2007 at 10:09 am #745019AnonymousInactiveDear Bonus Paradise
You are absolutely right, late yesterday we grouped the Jackpots on six of our Real Series Video Slots. We felt it best to allow this move to settle in before contacting our players to allow us to thoroughly test the system.
This grouping offers Club World Casino players a massive increase to their winning potential.
The odds of winning a Jackpot have not changed, yet the size of the Jackpot and the speed at which it grows has been massively increased. In addition, the player now has more choice, in that they can play for the same Jackpot on any one of six different games.
We have informed all our players of this by email this morning – including a great deposit offer, and are running messages in the casino lobby as well.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you, and if you have any further comments or queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

The first group is currently at $20,091
I am not sure what that player noticed, but we have asked RTG to check it out

August 8, 2007 at 2:00 pm #745048AnonymousInactivei believe that player noticed the same what i did already a few times at RTGs
not only club world
i.e.
played on a slot
i watched the jackpot, then i did a break
let the casino open and even that slot
then i came back to my PC
i seen the jackpot raised a few dollar
i clicked spin and that jackpot bounced back to a few dollar less again.August 8, 2007 at 2:15 pm #745049AnonymousInactiveAre there any changes in the way comissions are calculated? It would be nice to have a breakdown of all that column data.
August 8, 2007 at 2:51 pm #745055AnonymousInactiveHi Slotplayer,
There are no changes to your commission structure as a result of this change as these are local jackpots.

But if six games share one jackpot, then one affiliate carries a big negative if it hits.. This used to be 6 affililates having a (smaller) negative.. Plus I think the chances of somebody playing back, let’s say, 20k are smaller than them playing back a 5k jackpot..
Any other thoughts?

Most good programs will work with you in situations where you have a player that wins such a large jackpot that it’s not reasonable to recover from. I’m sure CWC would too. Some programs offer to remove that player from your affiliate account if you prefer.
I have a lot of faith in CWC, so I’m not too worried at this point.

Don’t worrie, I have a lot of faith in them also.. This just came up while reading everthing about it.. I do like the bigger jackpots also, so no big poblem there..

i agree 100%
but i also believe
that there will be a way for that affiliate to come out of this negative
should be so, not?
lolAugust 8, 2007 at 8:50 pm #745087AnonymousInactiveHi Guys
We believe that the advantages for affiliates far outweigh the downsides on this one.
We have made this move with the players in mind, and what is good for the players is always going to be good for the house and its affiliates.
What we have noticed already is that the players are playing these games
much more and therefore generating more revenues. In addition, although you are right that the hits are larger, the lifespan of the player will surely increase as a result of the win generating revenues for the affiliate far into the future. Thanks
Jonathan

Yes, this is a new promotion. The jackpot currently stands at over $21k, and is bundled into six different slots. The promotion will run approximately six weeks, with a different bundle of six slots each week.
I hope this helps.
