Hi All,
In light of the recent commission fraud threads, we will be implementing some changes this morning which should hopefully help to protect your affiliate accounts against fraud.
We are implementing a verification process within the Personal Details and Banking Details sections of CPS.
The process will not allow the updating of any details within an affiliate account without verifying the change by way of an encrypted link which will be sent to the registered email address of the account.
Please check out the two example screens I have provided of what you can expect to see in your account if you make a change to your details.
We also receive a copy of each change made so that we are able to review it and contact you if we feel that the change may not have been authorised. Our fraud department will also review the changes each payment run.
While I am aware that this adds an extra step to updating your account, I do believe that it is something which will help to avoid any problems with your commissions going forward.
I trust that this change will be seen as positive and benefit everyone going forward.
As mentioned in previous threads, please double-check your details this month and advise us immediately if you notice anything out of the ordinary.
If you have any questions about this or anything else, please don’t hesitate in contacting myself or Jon anytime.
Regards,
Trish & Jon

Kudos to CPS for this pro-active approach.

Hi Cagney,
I will personally receive a copy of each affiliate details change, as does our Finance and Fraud departments. We are quite confident that between all of us, no one should have any reason to be concerned.
All looking good in affiliate land for CPS
Cheers

Hi Cagney,
Sorry for any confusion
I meant that no matter if you receive the notification or not, we will receive it and I will get in touch with you one way or another to make sure everything is okay.

Cheers
