The second co-founder of Neteller in less than two weeks has plead guilty to charges of conspiracy to allow illegal Internet gambling transactions. The plea deal he agreed to will likely keep him out of jail. He agreed to cooperate with prosecutors and testify if necessary as part of the plea.
