A lawyer in Washtington State yesterday filed a lawsuit against the state claiming that the law that makes players of online casino games felons is uncostitutional.
In the suit Rousso called the law a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Commerce Clause.
Rousso said the “first legal challenge to the law also should be the last.”
Good news.
It’s about time someone challenged this crazy law in Washington State:clapper:
