Hello, I see you offer 20% Revenue Share if Net Revenue <$20k.
So, why are my commissions for June and now for July less then 20%, approximately 16% now?
My username is aksana, could you check it please?

So how about my commissions, I still have ~16% Revenue Share, but you say on your web site that you offer the minimum 20%.
If you don’t change this percentages I won’t promote you for 16% of Net Revenue, it’s not serious. And how about my June commissions, they are not true, they are only 16% but not 20%.

    Looking forward to your reply.

hm, more than a week ago I asked to explain me why I have only 16% of net revenue and still no replies.
Here you say that you give 20% as minimum:
    xxhttp://www.intertops.com/affiliate/comission.htm

so, why I have only 16%, please change my commission percents to 20% as minimum otherwise I’ll stop promoting you, because I don’t agree to work only for 16%.

I sent Roman an email a few days ago about a similar issue, and I haven’t heard back. Maybe he’s on vacation. :tooconfus

    Hi there guys,

I am very sorry that it took so long to reply, but the most obvious things are always the hardest to spot. We have checked the system and the mistake is only a little bit wrong labeling. The so labeled Net Revenue is not the actual net revenue. It includes the jackpot contribution and the payment fees. Our technical department is working on rectifying the problem, checking how the display can be clearer.

I am very sorry for the confusion caused; it will be sorted out as soon as possible. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Yours truly,
    Roman

Thank you very much for your kind e-mail! I have checked the system and the mistake is only a little bit wrong labeling. The so labeled Net Revenue is not the actual net revenue. Roman, the above quote is from your email received yesterday. It does not make sense:

My player deposited and wagered $250 in the sportsbook in your stats.
At 20%, my commission should be $50, instead stats show $40.

Your email mentions “jackpot” and “fees” – there is a $20 free sports bet, which, according to your email, would bring the players TOTAL WAGERED to $250 deposited + $20= $270. Correct?

If the above is true and you deduct the $20, then that means there must be $30 IN FEES.

So my player deposited and wagered $250. Your payment of $40 means it was based on a wager of $200.

Who ate the $50? The affiliate????? :flush:

    Hi Roman,

Looking at my stats today I find the same 16% as aksana mentioned. This is not competetive with other programs. We must be able to afford to promote Intertops.

Thank you for checking into this for us.

I started promoting you because I thought that Intertops was really very good program, trusted and respected, I heard a lot of good words about you, but I don’t agree to work for 16%

It includes the jackpot contribution and the payment fees.

Which payment fees??? Why affiliate must pay 4% of the Net Revenue for jackpot contribution and payment fees. I have never heard about that. You give a very small percent – 20%, but I would agree to work for 20%, but why do I (and other affiliates) have only 16%? If you have such rules, please, upload this information to your commission structure page, that new affiliates know about such fees and jackpot contribution.

So, as I understand you give the real percent only 16%, but not 20% as you say on your site.

    16% is pretty poor.

It does seem to be in the T&C though.
    (Profit SB + Profit CS + Profit PK – Bonus – Royalties) * 20%

Maybe could be tolerable if Intertops do accept all US players, but there seems to be no straight answer to this.

What I am hoping, is that since this is a new stats program for Intertops that it is just simply wrong.

Otherwise, the bonus is deducted from the deposit according to the current stats, which I have not seen before. My other programs credit the deposit then -minus the deposit amount before calculating the commission which turns out as a “wash” (I do not get commission for the bonus, as agreed).

But these stats show a deposit+wager of $250, then pay a commission on $200 – thats a lot of “Royalties.”

If these stats prove correct, then my concern is what is happening to the players understanding of what they are doing as punters?

All of us here have a goal to represent the best, quality programs. These stats, if correct, do not reflect that goal neither for the affiliate nor for the player.

I am sure Roman will sort this out.

    Hi All,

Thank you all very much for your patience.

Jackpots: From every bet wagered on a machine with a Jackpot a set amount goes towards the Jackpot. We as operator don’t get the money, so we don’t pay affiliate commission for it. On the good side: If a Jackpot is won you as affiliate can’t loose.

Payment Fees: These are handled just like chargebacks and bonuses.

Display of figures: I am talking to our technical department how they can transmit better stats to Income Access that you have better figures, I will keep you posted.

Stats: I am more than happy to discuss and explain them. But I really don’t want to do that in public, please drop me an e-mail at [email protected] and I am more than happy to help.

If there is anything else still open, please let me know.

    Yours truly,
    Roman

thanks for the answer, I hope you will upload these conditions to your commission model page, that affiliates know about your commission structure more before they sign up. And of course it’s better to show the clear Net Revenue in the statistics, I think it’s not very difficult to do that for your developers.

Has anyone heard back yet from Roman after sending him a personal email?

I just had another sign-up and concerned with football season fast approaching.

I did see the other post about their stats software, but it still doesn’t answer my question to Roman – I am sure he received a few so I await patiently.

    Thanks
