Anyone know offhand if the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has a spam policy for their licensees?

I’m only asking because I’m so fed up with CrownVegas Casino’s constant :spam:

There is no concept of SPAM monitoring or any other marketing measurement in ANY gaming license issued anywhere.

    (As you probably expected …)

Couldn’t hurt to start forwarding them a copy of every spam message received .. just so as they know of the problem ;)

Might print a copy and fax it too… to make sure that it get’s into the right hands…

    Mailing Address:
    Kahnawake Gaming Commission
    P.O. Box 1799
    Old Malone Highway
Kahnawake Mohawk Territory, QC J0L 1B0
    CANADA
    Fax Number: (450)635-1139
    Email: [email protected]

Handy lil complaint forum here too, might want to file a complaint for each instance, just to help them better document each occurrence of spam…

I think it would be a good idea to find out if KGC are actually allowing any companies to operate from their territories. They may not be any longer.

    Hi Guys,

I am new to the board and would like to introduce myself. I run some of the PR stuff at CV.
I would like to make it clear that CV does not spam nor does it condone this type of marketing in any way. We do in fact have an affiliate program, which used to operate under casinorevenueshare.com. This URL is no longer active since were actually redesigning our entire affiliate portal and backend, however during the transition we are still providing support to our existing affiliates. Having said this, we have and we will continue to monitor our affiliates marketing techniques, and any one found to be marketing via bulk mail will be removed from the program.

If you want these emails you are referring to looked at further, please pm me a copy of the email you received, including the full header. I will make sure this information is passed to our compliance department immediately.

Our affiliate program will be available to new signups by the end of the summer and we look forward to working with all of you.
