Your payment was processed on Thursday so if you haven’t received it by now it should clear your account tomorrow. All the team have a lot of emails to catch up on after a weekend so I’m sorry you haven’t heard back from Alex yet, I can assure you he’s not ignoring you he’s just been extremely busy today. I’m sure you’ll hear from him very soon.
