hi there,
i read your threads about the payment problems with europartners. i already had trouble with my payments several times, too. looks like europartners has big problems in organizing their company. as a company with over 250 employees, they only have one or tw persons who care about the payments.
my latest and actual payment problme is already more than 5 months old: i was given a wrong affilite-links for titan-poker in the middle of 2006. i promoted that link on one of my sites and of course – no new players came in. unfortunatly i checked it too late, just in the end of 2006. than the checked it for me, telling me, that i made 30 new players. with an CPA of 150, that makes some nice 4.500$. i was told to receive that money until the end of january 2007, because it would be a bit complicated, because it is money from 2006 – BUT I`M STILL WAITING!!!!!
i wrote a number of emails, also directly to their new “payment-service ” hardway investments (called so, because you have to go a hardway to get your money??????). no answer yet.
the german affiliate manager promised me a couple of time that i will receive that money, but NOTHING.
i think this i not the way you should treat your affiliates. i`m really thinking in stop to promote them.
has someone a suggestion how we could rise their payment moral?

when will people learn to do their homework. do a search on a program …… and take the advice by the veteran affs who are already complaining of the same thing?
I guess people all think it won’t happen to them?
well here’s another one. For the next newbie thinking of promoting this bunch ….. take the freakin’ hint!
there are many quality programs that go out of their way to make sure affs get paid in time…. the amount owed.
well, i´m working with them since 2004 (and i’m in the business since ’99 – so no newbie
). they haven`t been that bad always, but it looks like they have their eye more on the fast profit than on o good, stable business model…..
i think, the affiliate-managers are on too big pressure, they just care for new players and new players and new players……….Hi CP,
just saying …. do your searches … they will reveal time and time again problems with this group.
I can honestly say that your traffic will go where you lead it. you won’t lose out in the long run by only listing quality sponsors.

Maybe they are treating their NEW affiliates better than those that have been with them for 3-4 years? I would say that 2 months isn’t a good basis for retort in this thread.
There are quite a few keen affiliates who like to pop up with a (paid?) opinion.

*sorry for the sarcasm but it seems some just must learn the hard way instead of taking the word of those who’ve been down that road and have not hidden agenda other than to save others from similar fate.

i don`t have his email with the link anymore – probably he passed it to me via skype. usually i don`t work with creating campaign-links, because i don`t like it, if, i let the link be created by the affiliate-manager, to not make an error. so he created it and gave it me.
the current affiliate manager rafael confirmed me (after even i signed up through it and couldn`t find the new sign-up in the stats), that this link was not correct and not counting for my stats. due to rafael, he made an investigation, finding out, that i was bringing the players to the account of another affiliate from you.
rafael confirmed through his investigation, that i made 30 new real players through that link and that they have not been counted for me. this was in the the end of 2006. as this issue was “very important, that everything is done corretctly” for him, he promised me, that i would be paid quickly this comissin of 4.500$.well, and that`s what i `m waiting for now since almost half a year. as i already send an invoice as requested from rafael and set some deadlines which passed which nothing happing, last thursday i removed all your casinos and pokerrooms from my sites.
i hope, you can resolve this and we can get back to work toegether again soon.

The chat I’m looking at dates back to May 23, 2006. I do not think you are lying, but I do think you’ve made an honest mistake of taking another affiliate’s link, placing your username in and offering it to your visitors.
The amount of money is not the issue here. What is the issue is that each day several affiliates demand money that may not necessarily be theirs’, and we can not just hand money out to every person who demands it on a public forum.
I am the first person to admit and make up for it if we are wrong, just please forward me a screen shot of the mail or chat so that I can make up for any mistakes made.
We do wish to continue working with you, but you must understand our side.If you wish to speak, then please take my personal phone number from Rafael as we should compromise like gentlemen.

i have send you the email from the febuary 17th 2006 where i ask gabriel to verify the link – did you receive it?
in my chat from 12/25/2006 – when i asked rafael to verify the link again – he told me, that the promotion-code that was used in the wrong link had just been created 4 weeks before, what means in the end of november 2006:

What I now think happened is that you took the links from another site, replaced your username with their’s and assumed it would work for you.
Please email Rafael all screen shots and lets speak today so you can convince me otherwise.I will call you in a few hours.

that`s what i mean: how yould i have stolen a code which did not even existed that time?
i remember that gabi send me the link with a titan-banner in 120_60 for the 500$ promo.
but tell me one thing: we have an over 3 year long very good, trustfull business-relationship until now – without any big problems. WHY do you think i would start to try to cheat you now???? doesn`t there exists something like TRUST, too – like i trusted you 100% until now.
