This is blatant theft. Notice how the site is copyright from 2003 – 2005, yet the domain was only registered in 2005.

Not cool to say the least and I am really not sure how you can unintentionally make a site that is a mirror image of CAP, have to give you credit for coming into the lion den and posting though.
