Whats up with the 3 month promotion?

I got my check today so that answers my question that the wire was not setup. but i have an issue. I signed up in Feb 2007 and your program says 3 months of 40% rev share am i correct? Why is my April check short? it came in at 25% i figured Feb is the 1st month, March is the 2nd month, and April is the third month? what happened?
