Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about PrimeGaming?

So far I see no problem.
April 23, 2007 at 9:56 pm #734748AnonymousInactiveI know the guy who is running the program there (Josh Cartu) — I talked to him on the phone today actually. He’s a good guy — he helped me out and gave some valuable tips back when I was just starting out. His response to the issue raised at CM seems satisfactory to me (pasted below for those who don’t want to head over to CM).
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to introduce myself and was hoping to do so under better conditions. First, I want to apologize for the confusion with the bonus wagering requirements. It was my idea to reduce the wagering requirements to 20x in order to be a bit more competetive. I asked for this to be implemented but unfortunately, we updated the website too early because Microgaming told us they can’t do this.
They can change the requirements to 20x but then this affects all games which would sink our Casino. (Some games have different requirements such as BJ for example.) I’ve only discovered today that they hadn’t modified the wagering requirements in the system and that we’d been falsely advertising the B+20x.
Let me clarify now that if any of you were mislead into thinking it’s B+20x, I will honour that until the end of the this month. Again, you have my sincerest apologies regarding this issue and we’ve updated the website to reflect the reality of the situation. Please don’t hesitate to PM me if there’s anything you’d like to suggest or if there’s anything I can do to assist.
BR,
Josh.
Prime Casino is new, however, the team responsible for player retention is not new. This team works for another MGS group of casinos. I have been asked not to disclose the name of the program that manages player retention (and I will not break my promise, so please don’t PM me about it). I will say that I have been relatively happy with the player retention at this other program.

Please let me know if you sign up under me — I’ll buy you a beer or a meal next time I see you.

April 27, 2007 at 1:47 pm #735076AnonymousInactiveThey approached me recently to advertise on my sites and even though I haven’t even really started working with them I already don’t like their attitute.
They are extremly pushy, worse then Cpays if you ask me. They try to dictate every little thing … put this banner here, put that banner there, use this description over there. I tried numerous time to explain that I don’t work that way but they just don’t get it.April 27, 2007 at 2:20 pm #735080AnonymousInactivegamblingguide wrote:They approached me recently to advertise on my sites and even though I haven’t even really started working with them I already don’t like their attitute.

Then again, I’m working directly with the casino operator (Josh).April 27, 2007 at 2:44 pm #735082AnonymousInactiveI have been working with a guy named Jordan and he is a little pushy but will also hold his peace and hasn’t bothered me.
I had to block Cpays and now Casinopartner from my IMs, they were so annoying.
