    Perspectives Weekly for April 13th

This week it’s the same ol’ same ol’ as we look at the US arrogantly ignoring the WTO’s rulings, Party Poker pulling out of another country, the Department of Justice chasing Bet of Sports, and Harrah’s making money hand over fist.

    Dom,

I have sent these videos to every major media outlet, and even some not so major. But it appears they are not interested in what we have to say (truth hurts).

All it will take is ONE to pick it up…

Once that happens, the others will suddenly become interested. :wink-wink

Yep, don’t give up, just keep sending them out!

Perhaps some unconventional routes too, like late night shows and comedy news shows and such?

GREAT work! I would LOVE to see some of these ‘news’ places pick up the story… It is a REALLY good story.

    HOW ABOUT THIS:

Instead of using these tags for content:

apcw perspectives weekly online gambling ban prohibition

I could use these tags and see what happens:

nude britany spears pic penis enlargement viagra

    That’ll get some traffic…

You know, they may not be responding to you, but there is a decent possibility that you are making waves anyway.

Lately there is not a day I don’t see main stream media articles on this, which is very very good, regardless of how well they portray the situation. We need awareness!

    This morning’s articles:

I do think this is going the right way. :)

You know what, Dom… you may be right.

Michael Bolcereck of the Poker Players Alliance… way back last year… told me he “couldn’t work with APCW” because the PPA was non-profit… even though he was taking $20 a head for memberships and we’ve never taken a cent from a player or a webmaster… whatever.

But now, the PPA does their own videos.. trying to get them on a weekly basis… they subscribe to our webcasts, and did you listen to their “live webcast” the other day? D’Amatto is saying now the same thing’s that the APCW has been saying months and months ago… whatever.

Let the PPA “save” the industry. Let them get filthly rich while building their membership. When all this political stuff is over, the APCW will still be here and their whole reason for existing will be gone… not like that will make a difference to Bolcereck sipping his margaritta on the sunny beaches of Cancun.

Sorry so bitter. But I’m tired of pushing and pushing and living hand to mouth while dorks like this repeat our words and copy our media and get rewarded for doing so.

    Hi Int,

I’m thinking necked girls in the background. and for the ladies ……i”m volunteering myself …… however I strongly suspect this will result in less traffic …… rather than more …….

    darn the luck!

    :)

hang in there my friend. you’re doing good and seldom it is my experience this results in a bad ending.

*just don’t take my advice on having me necked on the video…. that said: I am standing ready lol.

** warning: thought images may result in temp blindness

Screw the media! They are also BIG BUSINESS. I would have suggested to get Jay Leno to abuse the gov on these issues, but he was headlining in Vegas this month. D’oh! Good luck getting any entertainers to bash on Vegas.
But the GOV is usually open season right?

    J. Todd,

Don’t get discouraged. Bolcereck is acting elitist – so what. He’s fighting, too, even if he has to plagiarize your material to do it. The fight is what matters and it’s all good.

This week’s video is great even though there wasn’t a great deal happening. Keep sending them out – someone will pick it up – I have faith in results and in you.

The PPA is fighting to take in as much money as they can and profit off the current situation while doing nothing of substance. I know its politically correct to shower their asses with kisses, but I have never been impressed with anything they have done up to now.

I think J Todd is honestly trying to make a difference while all the PPA are doing is trying to make a buck.
