Dear Members and Guests,
The Gaming Income program was recently acquired by new ownership. In addition to several complaints we’ve received in regard to webmaster payments, the APCW is now experiencing issues in the following areas:
1) No reply to emails inquiries.
2) Refusal to disclose information on new ownership.
3) Refusal to provide telephone contact.
There are other, more sensitive issues as well that apply directly to their membership status with APCW. However, we would like to recieve any and all comments and feedback here before we take a course of action.
Thanks,

We cant get any response from them and as far as I know they have not been acquired so we dont have new owner contact info available.
Their certification at CAP has been suspended and we would advise everyone to suspend promotion of their brands as its unlikely you will be paid.

this is the kind of info that saves countless man hours and dollars.:hattip:
April 9, 2007 at 9:41 pm #733439AnonymousInactiveThat’s a shame and a sign of the times.
Who knows, maybe the new owners will emerge and clean up. We’ll see.

PW will have to send out a warning, I guess. What a shame… people worked so hard to build that place, and now it’s almost completely destroyed.
April 9, 2007 at 10:06 pm #733448AnonymousInactiveIt is sure a shame to see so many people’s work destroyed. :unhappy:
April 9, 2007 at 10:53 pm #733453AnonymousInactiveLet’s be clear.
It wasn’t destroyed – that makes it sound like it was not their fault – and some sort of vandalism or natural disaster.
It was mismanaged after a major industry event (UIGEA) and now appears to be abandoned – with new management seemingly quite happy to ignore legal debts.
No sympathy at all for this crowd.
:plain:April 9, 2007 at 11:21 pm #733457AnonymousInactiveNot everyone who is destroyed by UIGEA is mismanaged.
And my guess is that we haven’t even begun to see who survives and who doesn’t.

But that’s kinda how Dom & I see this, I think. Our old friends build this place up, then vandals swept in and leveled all the hard work… basically raping the player database and pillaging our commissions.
