If you are based in the UK or looking to attend CAC in Amsterdam there is a one day event a few days before in Birmingham (UK) specifically for affiliates in the iGaming industry.
I have been to some of the A4U retail affiliate events before which were very good so it is well worth a visit – They also price their tickets for affiliates at really reasonable rates (covering costs) – If you are interested, the site for the event is xxhttp://www.a4uevents.com/schedule.php

Brand Conversions will be one of the supporting sponsors at this event which is the first ever Casino & Gambling Event for the a4uforum team.

The team at Existem (who are organising this event in conjunction with Cap Magazine) usually publish a delegate list prior to their events so you should shortly be able to see which affiliates, merchants, networks and agencies are signed up to attend.
