“Residents of the United States of America shall not be eligible for entry to any of the CasinoRewards promotions at any time.”

I have thought before that this might start to happen with some casinos/poker sites.

i wish affiliate programs would email there affiliates when they make major changes.March 28, 2007 at 2:00 am #732198AnonymousInactiveI discussed this issue with Renee on MSN IM a few weeks ago. She said she thought this was the case but I pointed out that there was nothing in the t&c at the likes of Zodiac to this effect. We had a good look and agreed that there was nothing in the t&c. I didn’t check every casino’s t&c.

March 28, 2007 at 2:09 am #732201AnonymousGuestHi all,
well most know how I feel about bonuses. glad to be rid of the thought!
March 30, 2007 at 7:32 am #732503AnonymousInactiveIs this true!?
March 30, 2007 at 6:19 pm #732549AnonymousGuestHi all,
I wrote Renee about earlier this week and she’s usually quick to repsond but when I wrote her she replied she’d ask someone upstairs when they came in.
She said her “take” on it was that it was there to discourage bonus chasers. All good in my ears. But yes I’d like to know the official stance on it so I can update my sites. I don’t want to send people there promising bonuses if they aren’t going to get them.
Perhaps they’re weighing the options as we speak?
anybody finds out anything official …I think the rest would appreciate a shout out here in this thread.
March 31, 2007 at 6:14 pm #732618AnonymousInactivecould we get a list
which casinos offer no bonus to USA and
what about the free hour offers?April 1, 2007 at 2:35 pm #732673AnonymousInactiveI have checked all twelve Casino Rewards online casinos and all contain the following when you check their Terms and Conditions section of their websites.
Terms and Conditions:
Promotion Terms And Conditions
Any sign-up bonus is only valid on your first deposit.
Residents of the United States of America shall not be eligible for entry to any of the CasinoRewards promotions at any time.I have updated all my Casino Rewards online casinos to include thart message and as well to let players from the United States realize that they may still play but without any bonuses for first time players or any other promotional offerings.
April 1, 2007 at 10:34 pm #732705327007MemberI checked about this issue a few weeks ago. Support told me that they continue to give bonuses to US players and are not sure why the T&C statements appear.
April 1, 2007 at 11:43 pm #732707AnonymousInactiveI would also like some clarification on this. I’m promoting the 1 hour free promo and it’s converting well.
April 2, 2007 at 12:33 am #732709AnonymousInactiveHi guys
This is not being enforced. I have been told that this is a clause that was only supposed to be added to the T&Cs on Zodiac Casino and not put into action but in order to give the casino the ability to prevent promotional abuse in the event that no US based players are able to make purchases. It was mistakenly added to the websites of the other casinos and has also not been enforced. It has now been removed from all websites, except Zodiac Casino.
Thanks for giving us a heads up on this guys. I appreciate it.
Cheers
