I know this industry well and I’m finding the new player bonus for ClubUSACasino realy confusing. I can’t imagine how a newbie player would find things.
Let’s take a look at the casino’s website.
The index page has a pop-up which proudly states that the welcome bonus is a 100% deposit-match bonus of up to $350 free.
Close the pop-up and you’ll see behind it on the index page “Start playing today with $750 welcome bonus free” but doesn’t explain how that works.
So we visit the promotions page to find out and what do we see?

NEW PLAYER BONUS
OFFERS NEW 100% First Deposit Bonus – up to $100
—What?!?
So are we talking about $350? $750? $100?
I click the ‘NEW PLAYER BONUS’ link on the promtions page and we get another pop-up, this time stating:
100% First Deposit Bonus – up to $100
75% Second Deposit Bonus – up to $200
50% Third Deposit Bonus – up to $200Which adds up to $500!!!
So now we have four different amounts.

The maximum in first deposit bonuses is $750, which is what we advertise.
If you were to take the BIGSLOT, 350 bonus for a first deposit and then the second and third deposit bonuses of 200 each then you get to 750.
If the player doesnt take the BIGSLOT bonus, as they want to play more games than just slots then the first dep bonus is 100.
We are in the process of changing the site so I will speak to the designers to make sure that these offers are laid out clearer.
