You know that I’ve been complaining about the slow loading of Traffic and Player Stats for months now.
I remember some time ago, you said you would let IT know – but there was never any change. I have no doubt you did let them know.
Most of the time the stats load so slowly that they timeout.
Please make sure that IT actually do something – it’s such a pain to have to site there like a dummy waiting.
I just think they take no notice when you advise them.

Hi ntaus,
Our IT department are currently working on moving the stats tracking onto a separate server which they believe will make the loading of the report much faster. I will let you know when this move is complete.
