List of payment options for US players

I’m now updating my US directory and I want to elaborate the list of payment methods for US players, which allow them to deposit and withdraw.

Hope you’ll help me.

So, what I found:
Click2Pay – only existed account and US players may only deposit

EcoCard – allow deposit and withdraw

WesternUnion, but I’m not sure about them

How about EZIPay (Payspark)- as I know they don’t allow to create a new accounts for US players, but how about existed accounts?

WireTransfer – as I know it’s impossible to make any transfers to US bank accounts, but if US players have non US bank account it’s possible

ePassporte – from later events it stoped any gambling transaction, so for US players this method is closed.

I know nothing about eWalletExpress, if you know please tell me it works for US players or not?

eCheck – I read from other portals that it works for US players but I’m not sure, also please, add your comments

900Pay – as I know it allows deposits only. is it true?

And I see that checks work for US players.
