i really really wonder how it can be that we getting still chargebacks
dont you do something against this?
Are this fraus players or what is really going on?
why are you the only programm where we getting that much chargebacks?????????March 8, 2007 at 8:39 pm #730117AnonymousInactiveHey,
Okay, well Jared already explained this situation to everyone, but let me try it again.
Chargebacks can occur for various reasons, mainly fraud and credit card chargebacks. In January, when everyone had the crazy chargeback numbers, the majority was from fraud.
Now, as all of you know, there is ALWAYS processing time when it comes to banks. When you make a purchase on your credit card you don’t get the bill until the end of your cycle. Much like when you write or cash a check it takes time to clear.
Well, chargebacks work in a similar way. While a fraudulent account may be created in Jan, the bad debt/fraud/chargeback may not be reported until Feb, it all depends on when the corresponding bank reports it.
As Jared told everyone before, in this day in age with the state of the industry as it is, chargebacks and fraud will continue to occur. We cannot promise that there will be no bad debt, but we will and have been doing our best to limit it.
If there are any further questions regarding this matter please let me know.
Cheers,

As well, other casinos, other affiliate programs use different processors, so not everyone will be affected “the same.” The days of neteller and citadel are over and that means big risk when trying new payment options, especially ACH.
Casino Coins properties vowed to stay in the US and provide its players with easy to use payment options. We were one of the first and very few to offer an ACH solution. We were excited to get this payment option launched before the competition, however, people took advantage of the ACH and as a result we had to drop our provider.
I do understand your frustrations when it comes to these chargebacks, as you believe it is money that is owed to you. However, it is not legitimate deposits and I can’t stress that enough… the money does not exist – it is fraud!
The situation in January was an anomaly… Feb payments have already gone out and should be in everyone’s accounts in the next few days.
I hope this situation can be finally closed and we can move on.
