    Dear myCitadel Wallet Holder,

    Citadel Commerce and myCitadel Wallet will cease processing any transactions originating from Canadian Consumers that may relate to online gambling. (Note: This includes sending payments to and receiving payments from online gambling merchants). This policy change is effective:

    Monday, April 2, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. PST

    I may have posted here in the past but my lawyer told me at least 8 months ago that Canadians gambling at Canadian based establishments were at best a ‘gray’ area with the local law and the processors face the same gray area.There is something in the RCMP laws about this , banks have used this section in the past to close bank accounts of people who have high dollars from casinos going in.
