It is being reported by Gambling911.com that there is a player funding option available to US players who cannot use Credit Cards to enjoy gambling games of chance.
While we know that Credit Cards are prohibited by the Safe Port Act, it appears that Debit Cards are still an option. Did the anti-gambling legislation prohibit online gambling for US players? The answer is NO! It prohibited funding gambling accounts via use of USA bank issued credit cards.
Did the legislation prohibit usage of Debit Cards by US players? Is there a difference between Credit and Debit? Let Lawyers determine that.
Are there any Affiliate Program managers and Finance departments aware of this alternative Player Payment option, namely, (CLICK) Gift Cards ?
The solution for all online gaming operators could be as close as the nearest Walgreens!

This Business is Worth Fighting For!Big difference between the two, one is borrowed money the other, one’s own money. I’ve been promoting them for a couple of months now. I think many players are using them.
February 27, 2007 at 9:05 pm #728875AnonymousInactiveNetspend is the top choic right now , all the player has to do is go to netspend.com and put in there zip code and it will tell them the nearest store to purchase the reloadable card , which can also be funded with paypal .

This is a key factor. If it is only a one way solution, then it is not really a solution at all.
February 28, 2007 at 11:42 pm #729066AnonymousInactiveNetspend is a reloadable card, but you don’t really want to send funds back to PayPal once they’ve been used to load the card. What you would do instead, is take that card to a nearby ATM.
PayPal has been known to “Lock” accounts it “thinks” might be gambling related. It would then be up to you to prove otherwise.
Take a look at Netspend. It is a physical, rechargeable, card.

There’s More than One Way to Skin a Cat!March 8, 2007 at 4:22 am #730058AnonymousInactiveCan you explain further Bob? I’m not exactly clear on how the withdrawal process works. Thanks.
March 8, 2007 at 2:19 pm #730090AnonymousInactiveNetspend is a physical card, which means it can be physically used to make withdrawals at ATM locations worldwide. There may be a daily limit, but that would be explained in their terms and conditions. That is how the withdrawal process works. It is a Debit card, not a credit card.

March 8, 2007 at 5:30 pm #730103AnonymousGuestHi Dom,
yes please let us know how it works out for you.
that’s also my main concern is getting the money back to the players.
getting it into the casino is all well and good but that’s only half the battle …. and from a player’s pov .. by far the lesser half
