    hi
    i found today this out:
i wanted to dep at casino classic
    either moneybookers or neteller
    the minimum is €40
now look what it says on the hompage

you can still claim the sign up bonus of €20 free when you purchase your first €20. So, you have exactly 1 hour to make as much money at the casino as you can!

    8. You will need to deposit a minimum of €20 into your casino account in order to claim your winnings.

then i looked at captain cooks
and there is the minimum €50

    well
dont you think a min of 20 would make people more depositing
and if you have a higher min deposit
then they reles should be changed

    please look into it
    thanks

    Hi Bonus Paradise

The reason we have a different minimum deposit amount (than 20) at some casinos is because different brands appeal to different types of players and we find that a minimum deposit of 50 at Captain Cooks brings in a higher player value than the 20 deposit casinos.

Players are able to play all of our free spins promotions as long as they have made a deposit at one of our casinos so if the player thinks the 50 is too high to deposit, they have another 3 casinos to choose from where they can make the minimum deposit of 20 to claim their winnings, and Zodiac where they do not have to make a deposit to claim their winnings from the free games.

If the player wins the maximum amount on Captain Cooks Casino free spins to claim (200/usd/cad/gbp/eur) and deposit the minimum of 50, that is a 400% bonus which is quite generous.

If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
    Cheers

    ok
i as an experienced player did not know about this
and i think new players will just feel ripped off
rules are always hard to read and understand
    especially for new players
and i say if they find this example at Casino Classic

    8. You will need to deposit a minimum of €20 into your casino account in order to claim your winnings.

they think it is just for Casino classic
then they go to the cashier and would like to dep 20
    and there it says 40
    well i say
many just walk away disappeared or mad
    and dont come back
maybe this should be in the rules very clear and at the begin of the rules for
    free hours and so
that they may deposit the 20 also at zodiac….
    …if i understood that right…lol

    just my opinion about
    hope you dont mind

Sure it does. I bet if you had a $500 min deposit at Captains, your player value would shoot through the roof. But aren’t you missing the boat on the lower players. I mean, its an online casino lol, its not like you have to pay a dealer $8 an hour to deal the cards. I would venture to say that at the bare minimum you lose 1000 players a year bc of this, and if every player just deposited $100 over the course of the year, thats $100K a year your missing the boat on. And thats on the low end. To me, its just found money that both you and affiliates are missing out on. Maybe I just don’t understand your end of the business, maybe if a player only deposits $20 it costs you money, who knows. But a $20 bill is just as green as a $50. I would think the main philosophy in this biz was just to play a numbers game.

Hey guys I’ll try to answer all these questions the best I can. I think there are a couple of wires mixed up here somewhere.

The minimum deposit amount for casino classic is 20 credits. This means 20 USD, 20 CAD, 20 GBP, 20 EURO. I’m not sure where you are seeing 40? Can you point me in that direction or show me a screen shot please. Thanks.

Zodiac – there is no deposit requirement to claim the winnings from the 50 free games, however on the bonus money received from the free games there are wagering requirements to withdraw it. Obviously the EZIBonus rules still apply here so if you wager the partial amount you can withdraw the money in your real account before satisfying the wagering requirements for the full bonus amount. The sign up bonus for Zodiac is 50 Free Games AND get $40 when you deposit $100. This is aggregated. So if they deposit $20, 5 times, as soon as they have deposited the full $100, we give them $40.

To claim the free money at one of the free spins casinos, for example if they have won $200 on the free spins at Casino Classic, they must make a deposit of $20 AT CASINO CLASSIC to claim the free money AT CASINO CLASSIC.
In order to play more than 1 free spins promotions, the player must make a deposit at any of our casinos before playing the second free spins promotion. The deposit they made to claim the free money at casino classic can count as this deposit.

So if they play the free spins at Casino Classic, win $200 and make the $20 deposit to claim the free money, they can also then go and play the free spins at Captain Cooks Casino without having to make a deposit at one of our other casinos first. If they did not make a deposit at Casino Classic to claim their winnings, and have not made a deposit at another of our casinos ever, they will need to make a deposit at one of our casinos before playing the second free spins promotion.

The minimum deposit amount at Casino Classic is 20 credits. This is true for all of our casinos except for Captain Cooks Casino where the minimum deposit amount is 50 credits.

I think what a lot of people forget is that we pay admin on that money we give the players. So if you send us 100 players who all win the max $200 on the free spins and all only ever deposit $20 to claim that $200 and never play again, we DO lose money on that. Yes we are a casino. This means that people gamble, i.e. risk their own funds in order to win.

Another reason that we are running the promotion differently on the casinos is so that we can see which brings in a higher lifetime value. Right now we still don’t know but it looks like the $50 deposit min at Captain Cooks is resulting in a higher lifetime value without losing players.

If this changes or our analysis shows that we are losing players by having the min of $50 then we will change it, no questions asked. We are in the business to get as many players as possible but for right now this looks to be the best path.

    I hope this makes sense?

    If not let me know.
    Cheers
