Please let me know your stance on US Players and how do your payment options for US affiliates
I can tell you first hand as of about an hour ago, their only option for US players to withdraw is Click2Pay.

We are no longer taking any new US players.
Regarding payments to affiliates we can currently pay via EcoCard, Check and Click2Pay.
