Vipprofits not paying and not responding to support queries

I have been an affiliate of VIPProfits.com for quite a long time. Unfortunately after the change in the law in Sept 06, we US affiliates have been placed by VIP on quarterly payments from remote payment processors.

Even though the system is slow now, they have always sent my payments until 3rd quarter 2008. The check usually arrived about 45 days after the end of the quarter, but this time it took 58 days, and the payment was $2000 short.

When the check arrived and I realized it was short, I wrote to support@vipprofits.com and did not get a response at all. So I sent another email on 12/3, another on 12/4 and the fourth email on 12/5. I sent very respectful emails to them each time, but they will not write back.

I did get an 800 number for them and it is 800 990 4847 but there is only a recording on that line that refers all callers to support@vipprofits.com, so it seems they do not want to talk to us anymore.

I went through my affiliate stats and reports and there is not a deduction for anything that would result in $2,000 being withheld, so I have done my homework before posting here on the forum. Each month during the quarter resulted in some affiliate income. When they took the amount off the front page it was 2,950, and the check I received was for $950.

I want to know if there are any other VIPProfits affiliates who are being shorted by them like me, or if mine is a unique and separate problem. Also, I am interested in finding out if there is anyone here on the forums who knows how to reach these guys to find out why they are doing this to me.

I have not violated the TOS, and I have always been respectful to them, so there is no apparent and reasonable issue that I can determine.

Can anyone help me to get paid by VIPProfits? Can anyone get in contact with them and make sure they see my post? For some strange reason they will not respond to my 4 emails from Nov 28th to Dec 5th.

Most of the income I receive from them is from players I recruited prior to Sept 06, but these players make them a lot of money. Maybe they are in financial trouble, but since they will not write to me, I cannot know for sure.
