NEWS ALERT: IMPORTANT PAYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
First and foremost, Casino Partners is ensuring that your future interests and earnings are protected.
Due to recent developments, statements generated for the January payment cycle need to be re-sent, with the addition that payments due to you are “For Non US Players” only.
Secondly, we’ve decided not to continue offering Neteller as an affiliate payment solution.
If you are currently using Neteller, your new statement will allow you to select an alternative payment method. You will have three options: Moneybookers, Bank Draft or Wire Transfer. Please clearly state which payment method you prefer most and provide the necessary account/address details in your reply to: [email protected]
Please make sure to CC your Casino Partners affiliate manager. If you do not currently use Neteller, you will simply be asked to re-confirm your payment statement, with the additional phrase “For non US players”.
All statements will be re-sent to you no later than February 11th, and the payments should be sent out by February 20th.
We thank you in advance for your understanding, cooperation, and prompt attention to this very urgent matter. These measures are being taken in consideration of your best interests.
Sincerely,
Management
Casino PartnersPlease confirm there are no costs charged by Casino Partners for affiliates choosing to be paid by wire transfer. I know your FAQ page says there aren’t but so many programs are not keeping their FAQ pages and T&Cs up to date so I thought I’d just check before changing my method.
And just to show that I can give some postive feedback, if indeed there are no charges then it goes a long way to showing how the other programs that charge around USD20 for a wire transfer are just profiteering from it.
February 9, 2007 at 1:37 am #726632AnonymousInactiveCan someone explain what these wire transfers entail?
Is it like a direct deposit to your bank account or is it like Western Union?
What info do we need to provide to transfer to this option?
Thanks.

February 9, 2007 at 2:48 am #726637AnonymousInactiveThanks for the quick reply!
So, the bank charges a fee? So, it is possible to be charge a fee from both ends for a transfer?
Is it instant?
Thanks!
February 9, 2007 at 10:23 am #726664AnonymousInactiveIt may take 24-48 hours but at least it is cleared funds. My bank charges AUD7.50 and yes you are correct that you may be charged at both ends. That’s why I have asked them to confirm they wont be charging us.
February 11, 2007 at 10:25 am #726823GambleHarderMemberHello,
Our FAQ page (http://casinopartners.com/faq.html) is up to date. Please have a look in the section titled “payments” under “What are the processing fees associated with my commission payments?”
We pay the transfer fee and are not responsible for additional fees added by your individual bank. We advise that you check with your bank regarding their policies for accepting wire transfers.
Hope you all have a great rest of the weekend and a good start to the week.
Kind Regards,
CPDirector
