    http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/02/02/AR2007020201664.html

    According to the post:
“The money is being held in trust accounts while the company holds conversations with the Justice Department about the status of its executives and other board members.

“The answer is, it’s a bit confused at the moment,” Neteller spokesman George Cazenove said. “I’m sure they will get their money back. You’ve got to give Neteller a bit of space.”

So our money is being hijacked and used as a bargaining chip against the DOJ? Is this how a “Repitable” company works? Hold innocent peoples $$ for leverage!

No thats not how reputable companies should conduct themselves. If I happen to get my money out I will praise the lord and never again look to anything Neteller. I will not promote it as an option even for over seas players!

” Mark J. Mershon, FBI assistant director, last month cautioned that companies handling Americans’ offshore bets “amount to a colossal criminal enterprise masquerading as legitimate business.”

These idiots deserve the saddam treatment x10.

what’s most appalling to me is they were never in the DOJ’s good graces. to think different was simply a position of denial in my opinion.

geez. lets give in to the rantings of an entity that truly has no true authority over us.

    seems to be their position.

I am a whole lot more mad at the DOJ for this problem than Neteller.

Neteller certainly didn’t cause it, the DOJ caused it.

If it were Neteller’s choice money would flow as it did all these years.

It is the DOJ who screwed this up for us.

Ya but who didn’t expect such approach from the DOJ?

certainly it was an incredibly stupid position for ewallets/ casino operators to think they would just say … okay, biz as usual.

    Right! DOJ = GOD!

Give me a break! These foreign companies falling to their knees for the DOJ are cowards. If I had a huge company traded globally worth millions/billions I would speak up loud and clear and have all my associates, contacts, members, etc etc bitching as well.

When they drop to their knees or just fold to the BS fear pressure they more or less are saying; yes we are/were doing something wrong and are now going to get out.

The DOJ nor the USA rule the world and as such they shouldnt be given so much leeway. Its way past time for the reputable people in the industry to stand up for whats right and fight back. Where are they? Maybe everyone including us/me are the crooked ones they(doj) speak about?
