NOTE: This applies to all US-based affiliates at both Playshare Affiliates and G3 Partner affiliates.
Hi all,
Please note that the choice of available payment options for our US-based affiliates has decreased :rasberry: to just the following:
Wire Transfer
Click2Pay
ACH
CheckAs we are processing January payments right now, it is imperative that you make any changes to your payment details as soon as possible. You can do this via the websites, or by e-mailing your affiliate manager.
Many thanks,
Lawrence Wilson and Jon-Jon KeeganFebruary 6, 2007 at 2:44 am #726122affiliategodMemberlawrence,

February 6, 2007 at 6:40 am #726152JimmMemberHi all,
A couple of affiliates have mentioned they’re having trouble accessing the website… although I can confirm that it is fine.
We did launch a revamped version of the PlayShare Affiliates website, however, and your cache may be causing the trouble. Please delete your cookies and delete your cache before going to http://www.playshareaffiliates.com again – it should work then.
Let me know how it goes…

Why did you ever change and incorporate the system G3 had? I have nver been able to log into my G3 account and they could never figure out why.
I just attempted to log into my PlayShare account and it wouldn’t let me in. Just for the heck of it, I did password recovery. Clicked on the link in the email, entered the details it asked for. Clicked submit then got taken back to the main page, again. I tried once again to enter my user name and password and it is telling me I need to log in.
In short with this new system, if Jon-Jon and the techs from G3 couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t log, sry, but I doubt if you could. Don’t mean to doubt you but, I went through this aggrivation with this same system with G3 since day one. I was never able to log in to check stats, get new banners, etc. Needless to say, I was not able to promote them properly at no fault of my own.
If I am not able to log into my account, then I do not see the logic in promoting casinos that I cannot check stats nor get materials from.

February 6, 2007 at 9:30 am #726169JimmMemberHi all,
Regarding accessing the new PlayShare Affiliates website, I will revert back to you as soon as I have heard back from our developers. This is the first time I have heard of such an error when loading a website, but let’s see what they come back with.
The payment options available to US affiliates is also something which I am awaiting a definitive answer on. I am merely passing on information that has been given to us directly from our payment processors. I have requested an updated list of payment methods we can and can’t use, and will definitely post these up on this forum as soon as I receive it.
Thank you,
Lawrence.February 6, 2007 at 10:15 am #726171JimmMemberI have updated the original post at the beginning of this thread with the confirmed and final list of payment options for US-based affiliates.
Thanks,
Lawrence.February 6, 2007 at 10:17 am #726172affiliategodMemberHi Lawrence,
Thank you for your speedy reply. I just got off the phone with Daera. We went over everything we thought would possibly be causing the problem. Mostly working in IE settings with no luck. As a last shot, she had me download Firefox and I was amazed, I was able to log into my account:woohoo:
In short, we know the problem is obviously some tricky setting somewhere in my IE settings. We just couldn’t figure out what. I will keep Firefox my comp and am happy know I can now access my account.
February 6, 2007 at 10:20 am #726173JimmMemberThat is awesome news… I am so glad to hear that you’ve resolved the issue (even if it had to be achieved by changing to another browser )
February 9, 2007 at 3:29 am #726638AnonymousInactiveYour updated post includes ACH and check but the G3 site states Wire & Click2Pay only. Could I get a definate on the ACH as this is what my method is set to on both programs. Thanks
February 9, 2007 at 7:20 am #726649JimmMemberHi Nauti Kitten,
My updated post displays the most current information available, so we can do ACH, although it looks like this month might be the last for that particular payment method.
We are actively seeking alternative payment methods that will work, however, and we will keep you all updated as to the outcomes.
Hope this helps…
Regards,
Lawrence. -
