Since I immediately replied to your email with a question and it didn’t merit a response I’ll put it here and see if I get anywhere.
This is in regards to the December commissions that I was told was sent out no later than January 15th. I replied to you today after you sent the email stating UB is no longer issuing affiliate payments by check that I still hadn’t received that check (December) yet. You replied that the December check is being cancelled now and will be put into my player account.
My question is: why do this now when the check supposedly is almost at my doorstep? Won’t I have to begin this lengthy process all over again through the player account?

As you know, we had to cancel your check because it was believed to have been lost.
Your December as well as January commissions will be paid to your Player Account within the next few days.
