Payment question

I understand support is probably beyond busy right now but I’m not getting a response to my email inquiries, as such I was hoping an FL rep would stop by here and answer my questions.

1. What country are your checks cut from for affiliate payments?
2. Do I have the option of breaking payments? I currently have over $10,000 coming in for this month and I would prefer to break that into a few checks instead of one large sum.
3. Are you working on other payment options for us or is this it?
