    Caligirl, on the public forums, heard a rumor that there may be a lawsuit against NETeller where they will have to refund everyone form the US who has deposited, and give up all the records for those who have gotten paid.

    Anyone have any thoughts on this ?

    Neteller’s client records have been subpeonaed. That doesnt mean refunds for anyone, its means trouble.

    I am surprised that the times article didnt divulge the arrests made in the banking sector late Friday, I suspect we will get word on that Monday or early in the week.
